Our first telehealth counseling session is to gather more detailed information about needs, personal history and create a collaborative treatment plan that feels right for you. Whether you are returning to therapy or starting for the first time, this session is about meeting you where you are at in your journey. As we begin our therapeutic relationship, keep in mind it can be daunting to speak with a stranger about your inner world. Be patient with yourself and share at your own pace.
